Description of the Work
The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Velana International Airport (VIA) wishes to lease 9 (nine) vacant Tourist Representative Counters (TRC) at the VIA International Terminal to interested parties. The winning parties are required to operate the respective TRC on their own in accordance with MACL guidelines and instructions.
Bid opening and Evaluation
Interested parties shall register in the bidding by an expression of interest by post, fax or email (bidinfo@macl.aero) on or before 1400hrs of 2nd January 2023, Monday. The registering party shall provide their full legal name, address and contact details in order to be registered. The Tender Document will be shared with all the Registered Parties via email upon Registration period end.
General Instructions to the Bidders
The bid from each bidder will be opened at sharp 1400hrs on 20th October 2022, Thursday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at VIA, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which MACL will deliberate and finalize the award.
