Inquiries
Each car park has a quota of pre-book spaces available and there are a limited number of drive-up car parks spaces available too. However, these drive-up car parks spaces may not be available during extremely high demand periods so we recommend pre-booking. If you have not pre-booked for the Short term or Express Red long term car parks, take a ticket at the entrance of the car park, and pay when you leave. If you have not pre-booked for Holiday Blue long term car park, you will need to use a debit/credit card to enter the car park. The same card must be used at the exit where the car parking fee will be calculated. The prices are set at the daily rate displayed at the entrance.
Refund Queries & Cancellations
Our refund policy covers you for up to 6 hours before the stated start time and date of the parking period. Cancellations made in this period will be refunded in full.
